Responsibilities

  • Perform full cycle recruitment to support all operations of the business.
  • Attend industry events and job fairs to promote the company and engage with potential candidates.
  • Promote diversity in the recruitment process by implementing inclusive hiring practices and interview techniques.
  • Ensure safety and security measures are in place and up to date in compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Serve as a point of contact between team members, clients, and external partners, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Efficiently manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence, responding promptly and routing inquiries to the appropriate parties.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking, to identify potential candidates.
  • Manage and maintain records and documentation related to facility operations in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Cook up and organize office activities and operations.
  • Foster a sense of belonging and teamwork within the organization, treating colleagues as an extension of your work family.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
  • Provide exceptional administrative support by anticipating needs, solving problems, and ensuring smooth office operations.
  • Maintain a welcoming and organized office environment that reflects our commitment to exceptional service.
  • Provide exceptional support during the recruitment process by providing timely communication and feedback.
  • Aid in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Filling job requisitions in a timely manner in order to support our different departments to support their staffing needs.
  • Embrace the idea of being a 'recruiting consultant,' and be the subject matter expert when staffing issues arise & require swift but methodical solutions to meet the demands of the company.

Requirements

  • 1 - 3 years experience as a Recruiter preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work with different departments and positions, based on organizational demands.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.

Qualifications

  • You are a detail-oriented and efficient administrative professional who possesses excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
