Responsibilities

• Develop and manufacture home appliances to enhance customer value
• Conduct research and development based on analytical thinking and market understanding
• Manage and resolve problems from production and customer perspectives through active mind and statistical analysis
• Collaborate with internal staff or teams to ensure successful project outcomes
• Determine product goals and manage resources to meet deadlines
• Design and develop products from concept to production using CAD models and physical prototypes
• Adhere to standards and procedures for product development
• Share technical advice and assist project team members in identifying and resolving problems from a customer perspective

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical Engineering
• Preferred experience with washing machines
• In-depth knowledge of SolidWorks 3D / 2D CAD software
• Experience with various manufacturing processes and designing for manufacturability
• Knowledge of dimensional and tolerance standards and experience in performing tolerance analysis of complex assemblies
• Bilingual Korean-English proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in either Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical engineering required

• Exposure to a variety of manufacturing processes and designing for manufacturability
• Knowledge of dimensional and tolerance standards and experience in performing tolerance analysis of complex assemblies
