Bilingual Property Manager - Apartment Community

Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for an experienced Bilingual (English/Spanish) Property Manager to join our team at the Meadow Lark Apartments in Aurora, CO. Meadow Lark Apartments offers 199 market-rate units, including one- and two-bedroom apartments and two- and three-bedroom townhomes.

About the role

Monarch owns and self-manages its properties, providing in-house support staff departments and roving teams. The company has been actively involved in commercial real estate investment since 1992 and currently manages 79,000 apartment units in 25 states, making it the 8th largest multifamily owner in the country. Monarch also operates Monarch Ski Area near Salida, CO.

Responsibilities

• Operate the property within financial guidelines (the budget).
• Make recommendations to increase income, decrease expenses, and grow net operating income.
• Ensure the property is leased at or above market occupancy and rent levels based on guidelines.
• Ensure all property marketing is current, accurate, relevant, and at its greatest effect.
• Direct activities of all on-site personnel and maintain a great working environment.
• Process all invoices generated by the property and ensure they are paid in a timely manner.
• Post, collect, track, and manage delinquency of rental and other income.
• Build and maintain a community of residents through resident relations.
• Ensure desired tenant renewals are captured at the highest rate possible.

Requirements

• Property Manager experience with 200+ units.
• 5+ years of property manager experience in multi-family housing.
• Excellent computer skills and ability to navigate industry software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.

This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check, drug screening, and a credit review.

Pay

$80,000 to $90,000 per year, with up to $4,800 in yearly bonus potential. Annual reviews with the opportunity for a raise up to 5% every year.
