Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities and expand relationships with prospective customers.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients to strengthen partnerships and identify additional business opportunities.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documentation.
  • Monitor project and order status, ensuring timely communication between customers and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, contact information, and sales activity reports.
  • Aid with accounts receivable follow-up and customer payment inquiries.
  • Cook up with engineering, operations, and management teams to support customer needs and project success.
  • Track sales performance and support company growth objectives.
  • Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and site visits as needed.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English required.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, project coordination, or business development preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Professional, dependable, and results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, construction, or industrial clients is a plus.
  • Candidates open to future collaboration with Taiwan-based teams or long-term overseas assignments are highly preferred.
