Responsibilities
- Aid in managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Support project planning and maintain project management systems.
- Create, update, organize, and distribute project files, schedules, reports, and documentation.
- Cook up meetings, prepare agendas, maintain meeting minutes, and track action items.
- Manage project documentation and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Track project budgets, assist with invoicing, and support financial reporting.
- Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Support change order management, project estimates, and quality control processes.
- Assist project managers with administrative tasks.
- Maintain project progress and provide status updates.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree OR 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Highly organized and process-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, OneNote, and other Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective teamwork and independent responsibility.
- Construction coordination or management experience preferred.
- Full professional proficiency in Mandarin and English.
- Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, documentation control, and client coordination.
- Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
