Responsibilities
- Aid in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Create and update project schedules, timelines, and milestone charts.
- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings and managing documentation.
- Act as the primary liaison for project inquiries and communication.
- Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Organize and attend project meetings, documenting action items and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate and updated project documentation, including plans, budgets, timelines, and meeting minutes.
- Prepare and distribute regular project status reports.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, expenses, and resources.
- Schedule project team members and resources.
- Resolve project risks and delays, developing mitigation strategies.
- Track and report on project progress.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulations.
- Support quality assurance efforts by tracking project deliverables.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders, managing their expectations.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Identify and suggest process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or administration, preferably within construction, IT, or engineering industries.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Confidentiality and sensitivity to handling information.
- Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification or similar project management certifications.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of project budgeting and financial tracking.
