Responsibilities
- Lead and coach production teams
- Oversee CHEP pallet repair operations
- Drive safety, quality, and production goals
- Monitor workflow and reduce bottlenecks
- Conduct coaching and corrective actions when needed
- Track production performance and improvements
- Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment to support operational efficiency
- Maintain operational and safety compliance
Requirements
- 3-5 years in manufacturing or production operations
- 2+ years of leadership experience as a Production Supervisor, Operations Supervisor, Manufacturing Lead, Shift Supervisor, or similar leadership role
- Experience leading bilingual English/Spanish production teams strongly preferred
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead from the production floor
- Working knowledge of OSHA standards and safety compliance
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and production-related systems
- Flexibility during peak operational periods
