Bilingual Production Supervisor (English/Spanish)

About the Role You'll own the day-to-day operations of our production floor and lead a team of skilled technicians. You'll coordinate schedules, solve problems on the fly, lead continuous improvement, and make sure we're delivering quality products on time. Supervise production schedules and coordinate teams to meet customer orders and delivery deadlinesMonitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and lead improvements to boost efficiencyLead daily production meetings to review goals, performance metrics, and address team concernsDevelop manufacturing schedules, allocate labor and capital resources, and manage labor expensesKeep equipment maintained, enforce safety guidelines, and make sure quality standards are metEvaluate employees, manage the labor pool, and create or recommend manufacturing policies and procedures What You'll Bring Have proven experience in manufacturing operations management, preferably in fiber opticsHave a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, or strong vocational or technical educationHave 3+ years of manufacturing experience with proven leadership abilityAre self-motivated with careful problem-solving and decision-making skillsCommunicate clearly and can manage multiple priorities at onceCan pick up new methods quickly and adapt to changing needs on the floor Want to read the full job description?
