About the role

As a bilingual preschool teacher, you will be part of a dedicated team that nurtures the growth, development, and well-being of young children. Your role includes creating safe and stimulating environments, providing meaningful experiences that foster curiosity, and witnessing the wonders of early learning unfold.

Responsibilities

  • Create a safe, caring, and engaging classroom environment
  • Supervise children closely and responsibly at all times
  • Support children’s learning, behavior, and development in a positive way
  • Introduce and reinforce Spanish through songs, stories, conversation, and age-appropriate activities
  • Follow classroom procedures, licensing standards, and program expectations
  • Communicate professionally with coworkers, leadership, children, and families
  • Work as part of a team rather than in isolation

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
