About the role
As a bilingual preschool teacher, you will be part of a dedicated team that nurtures the growth, development, and well-being of young children. Your role includes creating safe and stimulating environments, providing meaningful experiences that foster curiosity, and witnessing the wonders of early learning unfold.
Responsibilities
- Create a safe, caring, and engaging classroom environment
- Supervise children closely and responsibly at all times
- Support children’s learning, behavior, and development in a positive way
- Introduce and reinforce Spanish through songs, stories, conversation, and age-appropriate activities
- Follow classroom procedures, licensing standards, and program expectations
- Communicate professionally with coworkers, leadership, children, and families
- Work as part of a team rather than in isolation
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Loving, patient, and dependable
- Comfortable working with children ages 3–6
- Positive, professional, and willing to be part of a team
- Able to communicate clearly with children, parents, and staff
- Excited to help children build confidence and a love for learning
