About the role

Iris Telehealth is seeking a PMHNP licensed in Florida to provide care to patients in an outpatient FQHC setting for 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team to meet patient needs effectively
• Work closely with experts in psychiatry, neurology, and psychology
• Expand access to quality behavioral health care
• Treat patients ages 5+
• Treat both adult and child/adolescent populations
• Treat patients across varying acuity levels
• Experience and comfort treating patients with a strong emphasis on medication management
• Experience and comfort treating patients with Spanish fluency required
• Telehealth experience preferred

Requirements

• Proven prescribing experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
• Active PMHNP-BC license in Florida required
• Availability for 40 hours per week in EST
• Spanish fluency required
• Possess PMHNP ANCC Board Certification
• Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
