Bilingual Personal Injury Intake Specialist
About The Role
Block LLP is looking for an experienced Personal Injury Intake Specialist to join our growing team. As an Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients who are reaching out after an accident or injury. You will gather key case information, help determine whether the matter meets the firm's intake criteria, and provide a supportive and professional experience from the very first call. This role is a great fit for someone who has prior personal injury intake experience, enjoys speaking with people, and knows how important the first conversation can be in building trust with a potential client. The right candidate is compassionate, confident on the phone, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a high volume of calls and follow-ups in a fast-paced law firm environment.
Requirements
- Prior personal injury intake experience required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
- Strong phone communication skills
- Experience speaking with potential clients about accidents, injuries, treatment, insurance, and liability
- Able to build trust and rapport quickly over the phone
- Strong active listening skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable handling sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
- Organized and able to manage follow-ups in a timely manner
- Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and case management or intake software
- Able to work independently while also collaborating with the team
- Dependable, professional, and client-service focused
