Qualifications

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking through the factory.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery.
• Ensure quality control.
• Maintain safety standards.
• Set packaging line to machine centerlines.
• Confirm setup is set to the correct product.
• Drive quality through monitoring and validating that the product is within standards.
• Check paperwork and ensure the product is correct.
• Conduct & record metal, weight, seals, and lot code checks.
• Verify cleans are accurate by assigning duties to others on the line.
• Fill out quality documents and ensure it is completed in a timely manner.
• Communicate with material handlers on upcoming jobs.
• Communicate with packaging Supervisor as necessary.
• Notifies Packaging Supervisor of any Safety, Quality, or Production escalation issues.
• Support troubleshooting of equipment to ensure that daily throughput requirements are met.
• Notify maintenance if the packaging line breaks.

Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

Salary

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour.
