Bilingual Overnight Customer Service Position- Onsite El Paso, TX

About the role

As part of Team Alorica, you'll help our clients by addressing their customers' concerns, providing support, and resolving issues in a bilingual (English/Spanish) overnight customer service role based at our El Paso, TX location.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support and resolve issues for clients’ customers.
• Utilize strong computer navigational skills and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
• Maintain professional, courteous, and customer-oriented communication.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish certification required at time of interview.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional listening and comprehension skills.
• Ability to perform sedentary work (sitting for long periods).

Work Environment

• Climate-controlled, call-center environment.
• Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems.
• Overnight working hours.
