Bilingual Outpatient Clinician - Telehealth

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth.
• Conduct intake assessments and determine the best level of care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and outside agencies.
• Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system.
• Participate in case management and team meetings as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support as necessary.

Requirements

• Licensed Clinician (LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC) in New York.
• Experienced, compassionate, and driven clinician seeking work-life balance.
• Comfortable managing your own schedule and caseload.
• Flexible schedule with some evening and weekend availability.
• Skilled in time management and documentation.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is required.
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high-speed internet, and a phone.
