OUTPATIENT TELEHEALTH CLINICIAN

What You’ll Do
- Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth
- Conduct intake assessments and determine the best level of care
- Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change
- Cookordinate care with families, medical providers, and outside agencies
- Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system
- Participate in case management and team meetings as needed
- Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support as necessary
Who You Are
- A licensed clinician (LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC) in New York
- An experienced, compassionate, and driven clinician looking for work-life balance
- Flexible schedule with some evening and weekend availability
- Skilled in time management and documentation
- Bilingual (Spanish) is required
- Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed internet, and a phone required
