Bilingual Onsite Supervisor (Spanish Speaking)
Bilingual Onsite Coordinator
Midway at the client site. When a supervisor on the floor needs 12 people by Thursday, they call you. When a new associate is nervous on their first shift, you are the one who walks them in.
- Recruiting, screening resumes, and running phone and in-person interviews
- Running onboarding from background checks through new hire paperwork
- Handling first-day logistics so new hires actually stick
- Processing and approving timecards so payroll goes out clean and on time
- Checking in with clients and associates to catch problems before they become problems
- Repping Midway at job fairs and community hiring events
Here's What You Get
Money that shows up every Friday. $23.50 an hour, weekly pay, plus a quarterly bonus on top. No waiting two weeks to see what you earned. Three days off, every week. You work Wednesday through Sunday and your weekend starts Monday.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
You are Midway at the client site. You are responsible for owning the relationship with the client and with every associate on the floor. You recruit, screen resumes, and run phone and in-person interviews. You handle onboarding from background checks through new hire paperwork. You process and approve timecards so payroll goes out clean and on time. You check in with clients and associates to catch problems before they become problems. You represent Midway at job fairs and community hiring events.
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual English/Spanish. This is non-negotiable. You will use both every single day.
- 1 to 2 years in staffing, recruiting, HR, or administrative support. Staffing agency experience is a big plus.
- A high school diploma or equivalent. An associate or bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or something related is nice to have, not required.
- You build rapport fast, with everyone from a plant manager to a first-day associate.
- You can juggle. Multiple priorities, hard deadlines, moving parts.
- You are comfortable in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, and you have used an ATS before.
- You take initiative. Nobody is going to hand you a checklist every morning.
