Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in UT
- Recommended certifications (CCM, CRRN, CDMS, CRC) preferred
- Required within two years of hire date
- Valid Driver’s License, and good driving history
- Bilingual - Spanish
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the medical case management of work-related injuries, which includes:
- Assessment
- Planning
- Coordination
- Implementation
- Evaluation
Requirements
This is a salaried position:
- Base salary range at 0.75 FTE is $68,500 - $73,500
- At 1.0 FTE, base salary range is from $85,000 - $92,500 annually

Schedule
This is a home-based position with travel, up to 2 hours one-way, to doctors’ offices, hospitals, and various other locations.
