Bilingual/Multilingual Caregiver

About the role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers who are fluent in multiple languages to provide high-quality care and support to clients. The ability to communicate in more than one language ensures that clients feel understood, respected, and comfortable in their daily lives.

• Hourly Caregiver
• 12-hr Caregiver
• 24-hr Caregiver

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance or ADLs
• Assist with medication reminders and basic health monitoring
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
• Communicate effectively with clients in their preferred language to build trust and rapport
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a caregiver or healthcare aide
• Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages, including English and at least one other language
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with patience and empathy
• Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and safety protocols
• Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to adapt to client needs

Pay

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
