This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is organized, discreet, and takes pride in running a clean, well-managed building. SCHEDULE Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM (7 hours/day)Weekend on-call rotation (paid)Full-time, year-round position WHAT YOU WILL DO Lead and supervise the morning housekeeping team: assign routes, check attendance and cover gapsOversee daily cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, restrooms and shower facilities following our standards and checklistsManage the daily laundry program (mats, linens) and supply inventoryInspect work every day and correct issues before the client sees themBe the daily point of contact for the client's facility and residential staff; communicate clearly and professionally in EnglishTrain new team members and enforce safety, chemical handling and color-coded cleaning proceduresComplete daily reports, photos and checklists using our mobile appReport incidents, maintenance needs and staff issues to the Account Manager the same day WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 2+ years of experience supervising cleaning or housekeeping teams (hotel, hospital, university housing, senior living or school preferred)Fluent in English AND Portuguese (required)Spanish or Haitian Creole is a plusValid driver's license and reliable transportationMust pass a Level 2 background screeningComfortable using a smartphone app for checklists and photo reportsDiscreet, respectful and professional when working inside a residential environmentReliable, punctual and able to lead by example WHAT WE OFFER $21.00 per hour, plus paid on-call coverageStable Monday to Friday daytime scheduleUniform and equipment providedGrowth opportunities with a company that runs on process, training and standards If you are a supervisor who likes structure, takes ownership and treats every building like your own, we want to hear from you.
