What You'll Do

  • Deliver individual and family therapy via our secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform to Spanish-speaking youth involved with the Department of Juvenile Justice
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health and diagnostic assessments
  • Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches (CBT, TF-CBT, Motivational Interviewing, anger management)
  • Perform suicide risk assessments and safety planning
  • Support clients working through trauma, behavioral challenges, substance use, and reentry transitions
  • Collaborate with probation officers, courts, schools, and caregivers
  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation

What We're Looking For

  • Required: Master's degree in Social Work, Active Georgia license (LCSW or LMSW) or license-eligible, Fluency in English and Spanish, Substance Abuse Certification (CADC, CAADC, or equivalent), Experience with adolescents or high-risk populations, Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles, Professional liability insurance
