Responsibilities

  • Affirm clients at the start of treatment (reviews as needed)
  • Develop and maintain treatment plans
  • Conduct family collateral and discharge planning
  • Provide direct care to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of clients
  • Engage in admission and diagnostic formulation
  • Screen incoming referrals
  • Work with referring parties (i.e. Social Workers, Nurses, hospital liaisons and etc.) to ensure appropriate client care and treatment planning
  • Perform duties under the direct supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, but some tasks are accomplished independently

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related mental health field
  • Valid California Driver's License with a driving record that meets company eligibility policies
  • Current First Aid certification from an approved agency (such as the American Red Cross) or the ability to obtain certification within 90 days of employment
  • Active registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as an Associate (AMFT, ACSW, or APCC) for MHS II
  • Active licensure with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as a Licensed clinician (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) for MHS III

Qualifications

  • Education & Compliance: Required for all levels
  • Driver's License: Valid California Driver's License with a driving record that meets company eligibility policies
  • First Aid: Current First Aid certification from an approved agency (such as the American Red Cross) or the ability to obtain certification within 90 days of employment

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Spanish is required

$70,304 - $73,819.20 USD Per Year
