Bilingual Medical Assistant - (English / Spanish)

Job Summary

Community Clinic is seeking a Medical Assistant for our Primary & Urgent Care - Poplar St in Rogers, AR. The position is full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Bilingual speaking ability (Spanish/English) is required. CMA or RMA certification is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist providers with non-invasive clinical tasks, including obtaining vital signs and preparing patients for examination.
• Perform patient intake duties, including vital signs, specimen collection, point-of-care testing, and documentation as directed.
• Prepare, stock, and clean exam rooms to ensure readiness for patient visits.
• Congduct patient outreach to support care gap closure and follow-up activities.
• Accurately document patient information in the electronic medical record.
• Support clinic workflow by maintaining organized daily logs and assigned tasks.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to patients and care team members.
• Comply with all organizational policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Proficient spelling necessary.
• Ability to work and function independently and within a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people of all backgrounds.
• Proficient knowledge in computer software such as Microsoft Office Software.
• Able to perform proficiently on current practice management system and/or electronic medical records.

Required Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Medical Assistant, Registered Medical Assistant, or equivalent experience required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• 6 months or more of experience as a Medical Assistant required.
