Bilingual Medical Assistant
Become a part of our caring community as the first point of contact for patient care, handling both administrative duties and direct patient support.
Responsibilities
- Perform varied administrative, operational, and customer support tasks, including computations.
- Gather and input patient information into the electronic medical records system, including discussing symptoms.
- Take vital signs, administer injections, and perform diagnostic tests.
- Collect specimens, draw blood, sterilize and clean equipment, and maintain examination rooms at an outpatient care site.
- Collaborate closely with Physicians and Nurses to deliver direct patient care within the scope of active certification.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a Medical Assistant (MA) school/training program or Certified/Registered Medical Assistant or 5+ years of experience with provider approval.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CPR Certified.
Preferred Qualifications
- Phlebotomy experience.
- Medication/vaccine administration experience.
- 1+ years of MA experience.
- Value-Based Care experience, including knowledge of HEDIS, CPT/ICD coding, and CAHPS/HOS Patient Experience.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

- Selected candidates will be required to undergo TB screening.

Pay
The compensation range reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. Geographic location and individual pay may vary based on skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications.
- $43,000 - $56,200 per year.
- Eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
Schedule
Scheduled weekly hours: 40.
