We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. The posting includes: About Us (company description) but we should not repeat job title heading; we can include About the role? The posting has "About This Role" which is a section heading. That can map to "About the role". Then responsibilities: "What You'll Do" with bullet points. Then requirements/qualifications: "What You'll Bring" includes education, experience, bilingual, etc. Could split into Requirements (education/experience) and Qualifications (preferred). Skills: maybe list skills like technical presentation, facilitation, computer skills, etc. Benefits: "What You'll Get" includes benefits details. Pay: not mentioned. Schedule: not mentioned (travel requirement but not schedule). So we omit Pay and Schedule sections. We must not include boilerplate like Equal Opportunity Employer etc. Remove that. Also remove navigation, cookie etc. Not present. We must preserve all substantive info. Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to decide how to structure content. Section About the role: use the "About This Role" paragraph(s). That includes multiple paragraphs. We'll put them in

inside that section. Responsibilities: "What You'll Do" includes bullet-like items but they are paragraphs with headings like Technical Training Delivery – Priority: ... etc. We can treat each bullet as

  • . Might need to capture the content. We have subheadings like Technical Training Delivery – Priority: ... then description. Could make each as
  • with the heading bold? But we just need to output HTML; we can keep the text as is inside
  • . Use
    • . Similarly Field Support – Priority: etc. Continuous Improvement – Priority: etc. Curriculum Collaboration etc. Trainer Development etc. Compliance & Documentation etc. Cultural Leadership etc. Also "Perform any other duties assigned..." etc. We'll create a list. Requirements: from "What You'll Bring" includes education, experience, bilingual, etc. We'll separate into Requirements (mandatory) and Qualifications (preferred). But we can just have one Requirements section with both required and preferred? The instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section? But they ask to use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We can decide to include Requirements (mandatory) and Qualifications (preferred) and Skills (technical/computer etc). However we need to ensure we don't create empty sections. Let's extract: Mandatory: - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Extensive hands-on technical experience in transmission and distribution power line construction required. - Candidates must possess practical knowledge of materials, methods, equipment, field practices, safety requirements. - Experience must extend beyond training alone; field credibility and technical depth necessary. - Bilingual English/Spanish required. - Ability to deliver training across multiple technical subjects in both classroom and field environments. - Experience delivering classroom and hands-on field training to crews, supervisors, apprentices, operational leaders. - Ability to coach, mentor, influence employees at all levels. - Willingness and ability to travel regularly and ongoing throughout US. - Ability to work effectively in field environments, active utility construction sites, varying outdoor conditions. - Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. - Self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong problem evaluation and problem-solving skills. - Ability to interact effectively and professionally with field employees, operational leadership, customers, stakeholders. - Strong technical presentation, facilitation, hands-on demonstration skills. - Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. Preferred: - Journeyman Lineman certification, technical training credential, or degree in a related field preferred. - Equivalent utility construction experience, or combination of work and education, may be substituted. - Experience with substation construction and/or Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) preferred. - Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and Quanta and Irby internal standards, including Insulate & Isolate practices, Grounding & Bonding procedures, incident investigation processes. Skills: maybe we can list technical presentation, facilitation, hands-on demonstration, computer skills, organizational, communication, problem solving, etc. But many of those already in requirements. Could create Skills section for those soft/technical skills not covered elsewhere. However to avoid duplication, maybe we just have Requirements and Benefits sections. But the instruction says to use those headings when there is real specific content. We have content for Benefits definitely. For Skills we have many items; we could create a Skills section listing: Strong technical presentation, facilitation, hands-on demonstration skills; Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office); Strong organizational and time-management skills; Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish; Strong problem evaluation and problem-solving skills; Ability to interact effectively and professionally with field employees, operational leadership, customers, stakeholders; Ability to coach, mentor, influence employees at all levels; Self-starter; Ability to work independently and as part of a team. But many of these are also in requirements. However it's okay to have overlap? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Overlap is not inventing; it's just repeating. Might be okay but could be considered duplication. Better to separate: Requirements for mandatory education/experience; Qualifications for preferred certifications/experience; Skills for abilities. Let's do that. Now Benefits: from "What You'll Get". We'll list each benefit as
    • . We need to strip out boilerplate like Equal Opportunity Employer etc. Now produce HTML. Structure:
