About the role

Bilingual Marketing Representative CMGA Insurance is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and creative Bilingual (English/Spanish) Marketing Representative to join our team. This full-time, in-office position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, promoting a brand, creating content, and supporting company events and marketing initiatives. We are looking for someone who is organized, professional, comfortable communicating with others, and willing to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Represent CMGA Insurance at company, community, and promotional events.
• Assist with social media content, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
• Create and capture short-form video and photo content for social media.
• Assist with social media posts, captions, and marketing materials.
• Help promote CMGA’s brand, services, and community involvement.
• Communicate with employees, managers, customers, and community partners in a professional manner.
• Assist with company events, sponsorships, community activities, and special projects.
• Help coordinate and distribute promotional materials and marketing items.
• Monitor social media engagement, comments, and messages.
• Stay current with social media trends and marketing opportunities.
• Bring creative ideas to help increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Support additional marketing and company projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Marketing, social media, customer service, or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable representing CMGA publicly.
• Basic knowledge of social media and content creation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Must be available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, in office.
• Reliable transportation required for occasional events and marketing activities.
