Job Summary
We're in search of a Registered Nurse work on a full time basis at our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic, part of our Behavioral Health & Recovery Services Division.
Vital Measurements
- Respirations
- Heart Rate
- Temperature (P.O., tympanic, and axillary routes)
- Pain Assessment: Lung sounds, heart sounds, neurological, gastrointestinal, signs of abuse/neglect, injuries, seizure precautions and crisis management
Counseling
- Assumes counseling responsibilities in health-related areas, including but not limited to: prenatal care, child and nutritional care, body mass index and general hygiene
- Create and provided educational groups based on wellness: nutrition, diabetes education, pain relief education, and healthy exercise habits
- To engage with other Ga̒ndara program to promote and provide service on site
- BMI follow up and education
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid MA LPN License
- 1-3 Years' Experience preferred
- Bilingual Preferred (Spanish/English)
