Bilingual Loan Servicing Account Solutions Specialist- Flex opportunity

Job Description

The Loan Servicing Account Solutions Specialist at Regions conducts inbound and outbound calls to resolve the delinquency status of past due customer accounts. Key responsibilities include:

• Calling customers about early delinquency account statuses
• Working with customers to resolve account delinquency status while minimizing company interest losses
• Implementing repayment plans as necessary and collecting delinquent payments
• Ensuring that files and paperwork are properly and accurately completed
• Ensuring compliance with risk management programs, rules and regulations, and cybersecurity practices; identifying opportunities for and supporting process improvements; applying disciplined change management practices
• Making contact with outside parties to collect or clarify documentation

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED
• One (1) year of experience in collections/customer service
• Fluency in Spanish/English

Skills and Competencies

• Ability to interpret and ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and industry guidance
• Detailed oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong organization skills

Additional Job Description

This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act. This position is incentive eligible.

Training

• In office: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
• After training: Monday-Friday between 7:30am-6:00pm (In office)
• One night each week until 8pm (Work from home)
• One Saturday a month from 8am-12pm (Work from home)
