Bilingual Litigation Paralegal

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury litigation files from case inception through closing, maintaining organized case records.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and conduct legal research and investigations.
• Schedule hearings, depositions, mediations, and coordinate attorney calendars and case deadlines.
• Obtain medical records, communicate with clients, conduct interviews/investigations, and coordinate case closings with legal assistants.
• Aid attorneys with trial preparation, depositions, e-filing, and all litigation support activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation/paralegal experience, preferably in a high-volume plaintiff personal injury law firm.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, E-Filing Portal, and law office management software.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, written, verbal communication, and time management skills.
• Knowledge of law office procedures, local court rules, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Pay

Competitive salary based on experience.

Schedule

Full-time, in-office position with a Monday-Friday schedule (8:30 AM-5:00 PM).
