Thrive Therapy is a small, warm, and supportive company offering compassionate ABA to help clients make real progress in real life. We are seeking passionate and compassionate clinicians for an immediate opening for a full caseload or part-time hourly position.

Responsibilities

• Team supervisor and development of positive relationships with clients, their families, and staff
• Supervision of behavior technicians, including weekly hands-on training and monitoring programs
• Treatment planning of client's individualized clinical program and analyzing their effectiveness
• Parent training, including developing positive relationships with parents and weekly training sessions to teach them ABA principles
• Assessment of client progress over time

Requirements

• Behavior Specialist License (Required)

Pay

$65.00 - $75.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule

Day shift Monday to Friday, Night shift, with flexible scheduling to choose your own hours and locations.
