Bilingual Leasing Specialist - Ebbtide Villas & Flats

About the role

As a Bilingual Leasing Specialist at Ebbtide Villas & Flats, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential buyers. You will assist in managing leasing activities, including but not limited to, scheduling viewings, answering inquiries, and processing lease agreements.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and emails from residents and potential buyers
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Answer questions about the properties and community amenities
• Process lease agreements and paperwork
• Communicate effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking clients
• Manage tenant files and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service orientation
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One to two years of experience in customer service or sales
• Experience working with leases and rental agreements

Pay

The pay range for this position is $25,000 - $30,000 annually.

Schedule

The ideal candidate will be available to work Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend shifts as needed.
