Bilingual Leasing Hub Specialist - Sandy Springs, GA

About the Role

This is a centralized leasing position, not a community-based one. You'll work from a hub, handling inbound leads and making outbound contact across Cortland's portfolio of communities. Expect to manage 40 to 50 leads per day through calls, emails, and texts, fielding inquiries routed through RealPage's OneSite platform and converting that interest into scheduled appointments at specific communities.

The role requires genuine telephone sales instincts, clear and warm communication under volume pressure, and the ability to shift tone and detail depending on which Cortland community you're representing. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Requirements

• At least two years of customer service or sales experience, with comfort making outbound contact
• Demonstrated bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to guide a text or email exchange toward scheduling an appointment
• Proficiency in OneSite (RealPage); familiarity with L2L is a plus
• Typing speed and computer comfort to keep pace with high lead volume
