About the role
We are seeking a sales-driven Leasing Consultant to manage the sales process from start to finish at Lakehaven Luxury Apartments.
Responsibilities
- Conducts leasing activities, including but not limited to touring prospective residents, processing applications, and preparing leases while following all regulatory guidelines.
- Enters new lease information into leasing software and ensures accuracy.
- Prepares, maintains, and manages new and existing lease files.
- Maintains CRM system and consistently follows-up on prospective leads and existing resident inquiries.
- Provides excellent customer service to residents, prospects, vendors, visitors, and other customers.
- Makes weekly market surveys, monitors competitors' rental rates, and recommends rental rate changes.
- Aids in move-in/move-out process.
- Receives resident service requests and administers building work order system.
- Conducts regular walk-throughs of facility and reports concerns to building maintenance.
- Maintains schedules for amenity spaces.
- Captures resident feedback and coordinates resident events.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales-related experience.
- Preferred: Previous apartment leasing experience with proven, exceptional closing skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and administrative acumen.
- Current Illinois leasing agent license required.
- Regular weekend hours required.
- Bilingual in Spanish is required.
Qualifications

Pay
