Responsibilities

• Helping prospective residents find the right apartment home
• Using high-level communication skills and strategic consultative selling skills
• Providing a positive and genuine experience for residents
• Ensuring renewals become the norm rather than a challenge

• A working knowledge of social media and Microsoft Office products
• Marketing concepts and customer-focused communication skills

• Bilingual Spanish proficiency (optional)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is hourly + commission. Additional benefits include 15 days of PTO, 11 paid holidays, 100% paid medical benefits for employees, a 401k with company match, an excellent company culture, career growth opportunities, and a $500 employee referral bonus.
