HireOne Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team!
Responsibilities
- Lease residential and commercial properties to prospective tenants, guiding them through the process.
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Complete post-lease administrative tasks, ensuring smooth tenant transitions.
- Conduct property tours, providing detailed information to potential renters.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new tenants, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Create and execute dynamic marketing campaigns and host events to attract and engage tenants.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Flexibility to work weekends as required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
