About the role
HH Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Greet prospective residents and provide professional customer service
- Conduct apartment and community tours
- Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospective residents
- Assist with rental applications, leasing paperwork, and move-in processes
- Communicate effectively with residents and prospects in both English and Spanish
- Assist with lease renewals and resident inquiries
- Maintain accurate prospect and resident information
- Utilize property management and CRM software
- Provide general administrative and leasing office support
- Assist onsite teams with daily leasing activities
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Previous multifamily/apartment leasing experience required
- Experience with property management or leasing software preferred
- Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to quickly adapt to different apartment communities and onsite teams
- Reliable transportation
- Flexibility to accept short-term and temporary assignments
Pay
Up to $21/hour
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm
