Position: Bilingual Leasing Consultant Location: Orlando, FL Pay: $20/hour Experience Previous apartment leasing experience required.Tax Credit/LIHTC experience required. Type: Full-time; Temp-to-hire Schedule: Monday -Friday, 8:30am to 5:00PM HH Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person.Assist applicants throughout the application and leasing process.Collect and review required documentation for Tax Credit/LIHTC eligibility and income qualification.Assist with lease preparation, move-ins, renewals, and resident files.Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate leasing activity records.Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents.Support property management with general leasing and administrative duties.Maintain knowledge of community policies, Fair Housing requirements, and applicable affordable housing guidelines. Position Requirements Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.Professional appearance and ability to interact effectively with residents and prospects.Comfortable using property management and leasing software.Must have reliable transportation.
