Join Our Team as a Leasing Associate with Richman Property Services, Inc.! Are you outgoing, community-driven, and ready to turn apartment tours into happy new residents? Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time, bilingual Leasing Associate to join our dynamic team at Autumn Woods.

Location

Position: Bilingual Leasing Associate
Location: Autumn Woods I/II, our 367/114 residential units, Bladensburg, MD

Hours

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, plus alternating weekends (Saturday 10am to 4pm)

Key Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • Tax Credit/Affordable (LIHTC) experience preferred
  • Yardi experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage all leasing inquiries, from phone calls to walk-in tours
  • Speak knowledgeably and enthusiastically about available homes to exceed performance benchmarks
  • Create and distribute marketing materials that bring the community to life
  • Develop and maintain strong client and resident relationships
  • Thrive in a professional, performance-driven, fast-paced team environment
  • Bring high energy and strong closing skills to every interaction
  • Read and adapt to the needs and personality of each prospect

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
  • Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of leasing experience, mid-rise experience
  • Proficiency in Yardi software products preferred

Skills & Certifications

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • Demonstrated phone sales and customer service skills
  • Strong work ethic and customer focus
  • Responsive, courteous, reliable, and upbeat attitude
  • Attention to detail and strong follow-up technique
  • Performance-driven with an embrace of growth and change
  • Problem-solving skills and reliability
  • Professional demeanor and personable phone voice
  • Ability to thrive in a customer-focused, team environment
  • Valid Driver's License required
