Bilingual Intake Specialist - Part Time

Zinda Law Group, a rapidly growing, elite personal injury law firm, is seeking an Intake Specialist to join our team. Intake Specialists conduct fact-finding interviews with prospective clients to determine if the potential case falls within our practice areas. Responsibilities

• Monitor all inbound marketing lead sources and follow up with potential clients.
• Handle incoming phone calls from prospective clients.
• Collect appropriate information and provide concise fact summaries, both written and verbal.
• Collaborate with attorneys at every level of the firm to discuss case summaries.
• Input and track appropriate data into CRM system.
• Sign up new clients and handle all new case documentation.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Outgoing and looking forward to working as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong multi-tasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Previous work in a law firm is a plus.
• College degree preferred, but not required.
