Bilingual Installation and Customer Service Support Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound calls to schedule tech visits
  • Support Installation Technicians
  • Answer inbound phone calls regarding cellular service
  • Provide one-call resolution for problems, issues, and inquiries
  • Offer valuable feedback to management on improving efficiency and customer service
  • Play a role in retaining loyal customers

Installation Technical Support Responsibilities and Duties

  • Plan daily installation schedule
  • Troubleshoot, resolve problems, and identify solutions
  • Document service and installation actions by following up on tickets, selling equipment, providing reports, logs, and records
  • Aid Installation team by providing requested customer information and support

Customer Service Responsibilities and Duties

  • Explain and change rate plans, features, services, promotions, and usage
  • Assist customers with questions about their bills or billing issues
  • Add or change existing products/plans/features/services for customers (Opportunity to earn bonuses)
  • Handle customer concerns and requests for general information
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Candidates must be fluent in both Spanish and English
  • Outstanding verbal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Highly detail-oriented with a critical degree of accuracy
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A pleasant phone voice and excellent phone etiquette
  • The ability to learn about our plans, computer systems, services, and technical features of our products
  • Fantastic, demonstrated customer service skills
  • Sales ability is a definite plus!
