You'll meet with prospective clients, learn their stories, help them understand their options, and guide them toward taking the next step in their immigration case. Responsibilities

• Congduct immigration consultations with prospective clients
• Build trust and rapport with individuals and families seeking legal help
• Ask thoughtful questions to uncover needs and identify opportunities for legal review
• Education clients on the firm's process and potential pathways under attorney supervision
• Handle questions and objections with confidence and professionalism
• Follow up with prospective clients and guide them through the decision-making process
• Deliver a high-touch, white-glove client experience from start to finish
• Partner closely with attorneys and legal staff to ensure clients receive the support they need

Qualifications

• Native or professional-level fluency in Spanish and English
• Minimum 2 years of experience in consultative sales, sales, legal intake, customer success, or other high-touch client-facing roles
• Proven history of meeting performance and conversion goals
• Exceptional communication and objection-handling skills
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Comfortable discussing financial commitments and guiding client decisions
• Willing to work Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM ET, in-office in Birmingham

Benefits

• Base Salary: $45,000–$50,000
• Performance-Based Bonus Structure tied to revenue collected and client deposits
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $70,000–$100,000+ annually
• Top performers regularly earn over $90,000 per year

Schedule & Work Expectations

Full-time, in-office position in Birmingham, Alabama
Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time

Compensation

$70,000 - $100,000 yearly
