Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting activities including job postings, applicant tracking, interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer preparation
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, system access, employee documentation, and onboarding workflows
- Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS platforms and process employment changes including hires, promotions, transfers, and separations
- Generate HR reports, workforce metrics, and organizational data as requested
- Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns
- Aid with employee relations matters, documentation, coaching support, and exit processes
- Support compliance initiatives including I-9 administration, employment verification, leave administration, workers' compensation coordination, and HR recordkeeping
- Care for HR policies, employee handbook updates, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate learning and development activities, employee training assignments, certifications, and compliance tracking
- Aid with employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, company meetings, and internal communications

Additional Details
