Bilingual HR Call Center Specialist - Canadian French

About the role

Provide exceptional HR support by serving as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, processing HR transactions, maintaining accurate employee data in Oracle, and supporting HR programs, policies, and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, programs, and benefits.
• Process employee transactions, including new hires, status changes, compensation updates, and terminations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and data integrity within Oracle.
• Manage and resolve service tickets within established SLA guidelines.
• Provide first-level HR systems and process support; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Absorb and assist with benefits enrollment, employee communications, and HR documentation.
• Generate reports and maintain confidential employee records.
• Identify process improvements and document workflows and procedures.
• Support HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in position or specialization, supporting HR programs and processes.
• Minimum of high school diploma.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook.
• Prior experience completing transactions in HR Systems.
• Fluent in Canadian French.

• Aptitude for technology and process improvement.
• Comfortable with learning new technology and tools.
• Able to adapt to changing requirements and environment.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good judgment and critical thinking required.
