Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls in both English and Spanish
- Provide accurate information and assistance to clients, customers, and internal teams
- Schedule appointments, follow up on inquiries, and maintain call logs
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and email correspondence
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
- Support daily office operations as needed.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Able to handle continuous phone work for extended periods
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
