About the role

You'll contribute to our mission by driving membership growth and enhancing health care delivery. This role involves outreach, relationship-building, and collaboration to bring MVP’s customer-centric philosophy to life in assigned territories.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead membership growth initiatives by identifying eligible individuals and enrolling them in plans such as Medicaid, Child Health Plus, Essential Plan, Qualified Health Plans (QHPs), HARP, Off-Exchange, Medicare Advantage (MA), and Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans (D-SNP).
• Conduct individual and group outreach at events like health fairs, community expos, festivals, and holiday gatherings to present MVP’s health care solutions.
• Collaborate with Field Marketing and Community Engagement Representatives to drive growth and visibility in assigned territories.
• Build and maintain relationships with community-based organizations, medical provider partners, and community contacts.
• Travel locally to represent MVP and bring our customer-centric approach to communities across our footprint.
• Participate in required screenings and provide proof of immunization as part of our commitment to community well-being.
• Transport up to 30 lbs. of promotional materials to educate and empower customers about their health care choices.
• Contribute to additional responsibilities as needed to support our goal of enhancing health care delivery.

Requirements

• Two or more years in a customer service or sales environment, with some experience in health care (e.g., hospital, medical office, or health insurance).
• Ability to speak more than one language (e.g., English and Spanish).
• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Availability to work full-time, hybrid, including local travel on weekdays, nights, and weekends for events.
• Valid driver’s license.

Pay

The base pay range for this role is $51,395.00–$68,354.75. Specific offers will be based on factors such as geographic location, relevant experience, education, and role demand.
