Job Purpose
To oversee, report, and ensure the timely and cost-effective installation of Priano projects, upholding the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Essential Responsibilities
- Project Execution: Execute every project as organized and timely, ensuring quality and adherence to budget constraints.
- Site Management: Conduct daily site visits and supervisions.
- Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates on project progress, including photos and action steps, via Netsuite and other internal communication channels.
- Quality Control: Verify and inspect job installations, ensuring compliance with work orders and project specifications.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues with installers or clients, driving projects to successful completion.
- Client Communication: Maintain consistent client interaction, ensuring all communications are recorded in Netsuite.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant building and safety regulations.
- Administrative Excellence: Track and monitor project volumes and margins, contributing to company policy and procedural updates.
Managing Responsibilities
- Supervise subcontracted installers in the field for assigned jobs, ensuring punctuality and adherence to work orders.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED, with a minimum of 4 years of project management experience.
- Proficiency in construction management, with expert knowledge of construction processes and regulations.
- Advanced skills in project management software and familiarity with blueprints or construction plans.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Clean driving record (owning a truck is advantageous).
Language Skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Physical Demands
- Ability to navigate various job site terrains and endure diverse weather conditions.
- Capability to sit for extended periods and type at a minimum speed of 40 WPM.
Work Environment
- Combination of shared office and field environments, with exposure to construction site noises and conditions.
Hours
- Minimum of 55 hours per week, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
