Bilingual Fire and Water Restoration Technician

PuroClean of Albuquerque, one of the leading property restoration franchises in the United States, is seeking a Bilingual (English & Spanish) Fire and Water Restoration Technician. The company provides emergency services for water, fire, mold, and biohazard damage to both residential and commercial properties.

About the Role

We are looking for an individual who is proactive, compassionate, dependable, and fluent in both English and Spanish. This position involves documenting job activities, communicating with customers, providing emergency response services, collaborating with the team, maintaining a clean and organized job site, performing mitigation services, and representing PuroClean with a “Yes Ma’am, we can help” attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Document all job activities, communications, and photos using our internal software.
• Gain customers' trust by explaining our mitigation process and answering their questions.
• Provide 24/7 emergency response services when needed.
• Collaborate with the production team, supervisors, and office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Perform mitigation services including drying, fire damage cleanup, mold remediation, demolition, and debris removal.
• Represent PuroClean with a “Yes Ma’am, we can help” attitude – always focused on customer satisfaction.

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Pay: $16.00 – $18.00/hour
• Hrs: 35–60 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, with on-call, overtime, and weekend availability as needed
• Location: In person, based in Denver, CO

Requirements

• Bilingual – Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Valid Driver’s License (required)
• 1 year of restoration experience (preferred)
• Ability to commute to or relocate to New Mexico (required)
