Duties
- Answer incoming calls and other communication interactions with third parties.
- Verify and negotiate medical bills.
- Create and distribute refund statements.
- Sort and update required forms and documentation.
- Record information as needed.
- Prepare and circulate reports as needed.

Experience/Requirements
- Full-time, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, M-F.
- A high school/GED diploma is required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
- Ability to verify medical bills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong and clear phone presence.
- Legal experience preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate with clients and co-workers effectively and efficiently.
- Possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
