About the Opportunity
The Bilingual English / Spanish Customer Service Representative role is designed to provide responsive, clear communication and support to customers regarding pharmacy benefits and home delivery services. This position directly impacts customer satisfaction and helps ensure access to necessary healthcare resources by delivering accurate information and assistance in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Handle 60 to 80 inbound calls daily related to pharmacy benefits and home delivery
- Actively listen and ask appropriate questions to document customer information accurately
- Make outbound calls as needed for customer follow-ups
- Maintain adherence to scheduled shifts and attendance requirements
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 18 years of age or older
- Minimum one year of customer service experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Proficiency with Windows PC applications and basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Commitment to 3 to 4 weeks of full-time virtual training with full attendance and camera presence
- Flexibility to work 40 hours per week, including variable 8-hour shifts between 5:00 am and 11:00 pm local time, and occasional overtime or weekend shifts during peak periods
- Residence within TX, NC, FL, GA, MO, IN, SC, AZ, KS, KY, or OK
- Secure, dedicated workspace with high-speed wired internet meeting specified standards
