Bilingual (English/Korean) Customer Service Supervisor
About the role
CJ Logistics America is seeking a bilingual (English/Korean) Customer Service Supervisor to join their dynamic team. This role requires a strong communicator and leader with 2+ years of supervisory experience in Customer Service or Operations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the go-to point of contact for customer inquiries & escalations
- Build strong customer partnerships and support service excellence
- Analyze KPIs, performance data, forecasts, and operational trends
- Lead, coach, train, and support a growing Customer Service team
- Collaborate across Operations, Inventory, and Quality to resolve issues
- Drive continuous improvement and champion best practices
- Manage exception requests with accuracy and speed
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in English & Korean
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in Customer Service or Operations
- Strong data analysis and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehousing (plus)
Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Hybrid work environment with responsibilities in both warehouse and office settings
- Exposure to varying temperatures, loud noise levels, dust, odors, and airborne particles
- Exposure to powered industrial vehicles and warehouse traffic
- Requires wearing personal protective equipment (PPE)
