Bilingual Electrician Technician

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our maintenance team and play a critical role in keeping production equipment operating safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex electrical issues on industrial machinery and facility equipment.
• Install, modify, and upgrade electrical systems, wiring, and control panels.
• Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLCs and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
• Lead machine installations, retrofits, and major equipment repairs.
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement long-term solutions.
• Work closely with production and quality teams to improve equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Mentor maintenance personnel and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation while ensuring compliance with all electrical and safety standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing electrical experience.
• Strong knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems (120V-480V).
• Experience troubleshooting and programming PLCs and VFDs.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Proven troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting manufacturing equipment in an industrial environment.
• Technical training or vocational education is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual English/Spanish.

Skills

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
